The Addobbi Floreali shop in the middle of the Piazza Mastai in Trastevere on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
Addobbi Floreali is a family-run flower shop that my classmates and I came across for a class assignment. Giovanni Said was the son of the owner of the flower shop and answered our questions about the shop with little English he knew. He told us at times to slow down because we were speaking too fast.

Addobbi Floreali is in one of the oldest piazzas in Trastevere, Piazza Mastai Said said. The Piazza used to hold a tobacco factory until Pope Pius IX redesigned it into a piazza during the 19th century.
The shop is full of flowers ranging from sunflowers, roses, tulips, hydrangas, and more from Naples. The shop gets more locals, with the most popular flowers being the tulips and peonies, Said said.
